Shipping & Return Policies
SHIPPING POLICY
- Cubitt ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- The shipping cut-off time is 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day.
- Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3 to 6 business day for standard shipping and 1 to 3 business days with expedited shipping (depending on the shipping carrier and shipping state)
- For international orders, the customer will be responsible for paying any custom/duties fees when applicable.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of a Cubitt device and / or accessory, you are entitled to a full refund if you meet the conditions set out below. To qualify for a refund, you must meet all the following conditions:
1. Initiate a return within 15 days of the ship date through our Returns Portal.
2. Return the device and / or accessory, in the original packaging, NOT OPENED in good physical condition.
3. If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept it or charge you a restocking fee of up to 40% of the original price.
4. If you added Checkout+ at checkout, your return shipping label is covered. Otherwise, a return shipping label will be sourced for you through the returns portal but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that gives your order both free return shipping and package protection.
- Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
- Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and once it's approved, we'll send a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
- Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, and it won't be included in store credit or refund amounts.
- Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
