Refund policy

 

Merchandise must be returned unopened within 15 days of receiving it. To start a return, head to our Returns Portal.

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that gives your order both free return shipping and package protection.

• Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
• Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and once it's approved, we'll send a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
• Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, and it won't be included in store credit or refund amounts.
• Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within the first 5 days of receiving the merchandise.

Cubitt offers a 1-year warranty. If an item presents a manufacturing issue, start a return through our returns portal and select the appropriate reason (such as "Faulty Item Received"), and we'll replace it. Damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.
